Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all paid mini-habit transformation programmes offered by Holisticstrength, including Essence, Continuum, and Collective engagements, as well as standalone workshops and studio sessions. It should be read alongside the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom. Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. If we fail to meet this standard, you may be entitled to a price reduction or repeat performance under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3. Cooling-Off Period
If you enrol in a programme as a consumer purchasing at a distance, you have the right to cancel within fourteen calendar days of purchase without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at question@holisticstrength.world before the cooling-off period expires.
4. Commencement of Services
If you request that services begin during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to a full refund once the programme has commenced. Partial refunds may be calculated based on sessions already delivered.
5. Cancellation by Client
Cancellations made more than fourteen days before a programme start date receive a full refund minus a five per cent administrative fee. Cancellations between seven and fourteen days prior receive a fifty per cent refund. Cancellations within seven days of commencement are non-refundable, though rescheduling may be offered subject to availability.
6. Cancellation by Provider
Should Holisticstrength need to cancel a programme due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative cohort at no additional cost.
7. Rescheduling
Individual session rescheduling requests must be submitted at least forty-eight hours in advance. One complimentary reschedule per programme is permitted. Additional reschedules may incur a £25 administrative charge.
8. Digital Materials
Workbooks and digital resources provided as part of a programme are non-returnable once accessed or downloaded. Refunds for digital-only purchases follow the standard cooling-off period unless materials have been opened.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen working days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. You will receive email confirmation when a refund has been initiated.
